New Albany IN wildlife control tip of the month:

David : I really like your website, & your attitude (pro-animal well-being). I too strive to increase awareness & tolerance in the people I know.

Here are some photos I took with my cell-phone of a New Albany IN animal trapping Bat I found hanging on my Brother's window-screen in New Albany. It intrigued me how trusting the animal was. I catch a lot of Snakes here in New Albany (Corns, Yellow Rats, Black Racers, Garters, Blue-Phase Garters, Florida Browns, Banded Water Snakes, Ring-Necks, Hog Nose, etc), & see several that I don't catch (Coral, Dusky Pygmy, Eastern Diamondback). But New Albany IN animal trapping a neighborhood friend of mine does catch them all. Bill has been bitten in the thumb & calf by Cottonmouths, in the finger by a Copperhead, in the lip by a Dusky Pygmy, & in the knee by an Eastern Diamondback. He doesn't even go the doctor when he gets bitten. Nothing hurts this guy. He's built like a mountain. A waitress (Angie Waterloo) who works at the New Albany Townhouse Restaurant sent to me a photo of her nephew with his pet Eastern Diamondback (looks like about the same New Albany IN wildlife removal size as my 7-ft Suriname Boa Constrictor pet). I'm impressed, & not brave enough myself to 'free-hand' handle the Vipers. I built the Snake Tool for Bill Thompson that you see him using in that photo, because he was just New Albany IN wildlife removal free-handing them with no tools.

David, I get photos sent to me all the time from friends' cell phones New Albany IN pest control of Banded Water Snakes that they have chopped in half as "Water Moccasins". Yesterday morning a lady-friend of mine sent to me a cell-phone photo of a Banded Water Snake that was still intact & unharmed, asking me what it was. I was New Albany IN pest control able to advise her of its species & harmless nature in time to prevent the co-worker she from whom she got it from harming New Albany IN animal control the animal. That success story made me happy. I sent to her your website for her study of the great photos you post to help her ident future encounters.

You know, I have lived in New Albany since 1989 & I have never seen a Cottonmouth in the wild. I see them over @ George van Horn's serpantarium on his venom-line, but never in the wild. All New Albany IN animal control of the Snakes I see in the twilight hours which I rank as candidates for Cottonmouths always turn out to be Banded or Brown Water Snakes on closer inspection. I know that Cottonmouths are in the ditches, swamps, lakes, streams, etc, New Albany IN exterminator but I just don't ever find them. I'm convinced by that experience that most if not all of the Snakes people kill as aggressive & threatening "Water Moccasins" (according to their reports) in their garages, yards, streets & golf-courses are New Albany IN exterminator really just mis-identified harmless Water Snakes. I stress to people to never harm any Snake (regardless of species). Just let them leave on their own.
